Juvenile Killed in Auto Accident on 30th Avenue [Seattle, WA]

3-year-old Child Dead in Seattle Vehicle Crash on 30th Avenue

 
SEATTLE, WA (July 28, 2020) – Sunday evening, a juvenile died in an auto accident on 30th Avenue in Seattle.
 
According to reports, the 3-year-old child succumbed to death when a car struck the parked van he sat in.
 
King County Sheriff’s detectives revealed that the child was playing in a parked van on 30th Avenue.
 
According to some witnesses, a FedEx truck and another truck veered to prevent crashing and struck the parked van.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t confirmed which truck hit the vehicle.
 
Due to the impact, the juvenile was ejected from the car and suffered a major head injury. The child succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, a drug recognition expert tested the driver of the vehicle. However, they do not believe the driver was intoxicated
 
Detectives with the Traffic Collision Investigations Squad responded to the crash scene. Together with the prosecutor’s office, they will look into the possibility of filing any charges.
