Minor Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident on Virginia Street in Reno
RENO, NV (May 8, 2020) – Wednesday evening, an unidentified minor was hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash on 8th Street.
According to reports, the incident on West 8th Street and North Virginia Street. Dispatchers arrived to the area shortly after receiving multiple 911 calls.
The events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, authorities said that a minor was ejected from one of the vehicles as a result of the impact.
Medical responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital for further treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the crash, the surrounding area on 8th Street and Virginia Street was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary investigation. However, the lanes have since reopened to traffic.
