WEST COVINA, CA (August 31, 2021) – Sunday night, authorities arrested a juvenile after a deadly hit-and-run crash on Asuza Avenue and Fairgrove Avenue.
 
The West Covina Police Department officers responded just after 7:35 p.m. Moreover, the incident happened in the area of Asuza Avenue and Fairgrove Avenue. When the authorities arrived, they located an unresponsive girl lying in the street, said the department’s Officer Alexus Napoles.
