Juan Martinez Tovar Struck and Killed by Car in Huntington Beach

 
Huntington Beach, CA (November 12, 2020) – On Wednesday, 79-year-old Juan Tovar of Santa Ana was struck and killed by a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway.
 
The deadly accident happened at about 5:10 a.m. on PCH, south of Brookhurst Street.
 
Paramedics arrived and pronounced Tovar dead at the scene.
 
Moreover, the 59-year-old Newport Beach man who struck Tovar with his car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
 
Meanwhile, the police department’s Accident Investigation Team investigates the Huntington Beach accident.
