Police Investigates Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Gloria Street That Killed Juan Carlos Perez

 
Moreno Valley, CA (August 19, 2020) – A tragic crash on Perris Boulevard and Gloria Street left Juan Carlos Perez dead on Monday night.
 
The fatal incident happened on August 17 at about 9:40 p.m. on Perris Boulevard, north of Alessandro Boulevard.
 
According to Riverside County Sheriff’s Sgt. Nathan Kaas, deputies arrived at the scene and found a man lying on the road. He said the man was already dead by the time authorities arrived.
 
Witnesses in the area told the police that multiple cars hit the victim.
 
Due to the lack of details, it is unclear what caused the incident and whether the man was a pedestrian. However, investigators do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
 
Furthermore, the impact of the crash led to the closure of the surrounding area for several hours overnight.
 
Police are asking anyone who might have witnessed the incident to call Deputy Kevin Seguin at the Moreno Valley sheriff’s station at 951-486-6879.
