San Bernardino, CA (February 13, 2024) – A 38-year-old passenger, Jose Velasco of Upland, was killed following an Arden Avenue Vehicle collision Saturday night.

The San Bernardino Police Department officers responded at 9:09 p.m. on February 3 to the traffic accident on Pacific Street.

Sadly, Velasco was pronounced declared at the scene.
