Tulare, CA (November 19, 2022) – On Sunday, 81-year-old Jose Lopez sustained fatal injuries following a hit-and-run crash on Inyo Avenue.

The traffic incident took place near the area of I Street.

According to the investigators, the victim was riding his bicycle when a white pickup truck him.

Rescuers rushed him to a hospital with serious injuries but he died Thursday.

Officers say a white Chevy Colorado believed to be a 2005-2010 model was caught on camera leaving the scene after the incident.
