Jorge Zamudio Morales Dead in Santa Rosa Motorcycle Crash on Farmers Lane

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (October 23, 2020) – Thursday morning, Jorge Zamudio Morales died in a motorcycle accident on Farmers Lane and Hoen Avenue.
 
A crash between a motorcycle and a car happened at 6:30 a.m. When the officers and emergency medical personnel arrived, they found a motorcyclist lying on the road.
 
“He was pronounced dead at the scene,” Santa Rosa police Sgt. Josh Ludtke said.
 
The identity of the deceased was later revealed as 44-year-old Morales.
 
Meanwhile, the vehicle driver was uninjured. Furthermore, the driver stayed inside his vehicle until the officers arrived.
 
“The investigation so far has revealed that the driver of the motorcycle was traveling north on Farmers Lane at Hoen Avenue,” Ludtke revealed. “The second vehicle was traveling south on Farmers Lane when it turned east onto Hoen at the intersection. The motorcycle collided into the passenger side of the vehicle and ejected the motorcyclist from his motorcycle.”
 
During investigation, the authorities shut down Farmers Lane in both directions until 10:15 a.m. Furthermore, the police do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
