Jorge Ruiz Critically Injured, Charity Graham Arrested in Pedestrian Accident on Flamingo Road
Las Vegas, NV (December 28, 2020) – On Sunday, 40-year-old Jorge Ruiz was fatally struck. Meanwhile, police arrested 42-year-old Charity Graham for the pedestrian accident on East Flamingo Road.
