Jonathan Mulkey Killed in Deadly Oakhurst DUI Crash on Road 426

 
Oakhurst, CA (November 30, 2020) – On Saturday, 22-year-old Jonathan Mulkey died, while his passenger was injured in a DUI crash on Road 426 and Meadow View Drive.
 
The fatal crash was reported at about 9:30 P.M.
 
Mulkey was driving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma with his passenger, and they were heading west on Road 426 toward Meadow View at a fast speed.
 
He failed to keep the Tacoma on the road while approaching a curve. As a result, the vehicle went down an embankment and overturned.
 
Mulkey was not wearing a seatbelt during that time. He sustained major head trauma and died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, his passenger incurred moderate injuries. The rescuers airlifted the passenger to Community Regional Medical Center.
 
CHP said alcohol was suspected to be a factor in the Oakhurst DUI crash.
