Injuries Reported in Fresno Auto Accident on Belmont Avenue and Clovis Avenue
FRESNO, CA (March 13, 2022) – Friday night, authorities arrested Johnae Desarae Andrews in a crash on Belmont Avenue and Clovis Avenue.
The incident occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on Belmont Avenue, west of Clovis Avenue.
According to reports, a Chevrolet Suburban crashed into a stone and iron fence. As a result, the four children sustained major injuries. Meanwhile, officers arrested the driver on suspicion of felony DUI.

When the authorities arrived, they found that the driver showed signs of substantial alcohol intoxication. Thus, authorities notified Child Protective Services. At 11:09 p.m., authorities arrested Andrews on Belmont Avenue near Clovis Avenue on suspicion of three felony charges.
Moreover, his charges include the following: driving while intoxicated causing injury or death to someone other than herself, having a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and causing cruelty, harm, or injury to a child. Furthermore, authorities set her bail on $82,000.
