Injuries Reported in Sonora Motorcycle Accident on N Washington Street
SONORA, CA (October 3, 2024) – Monday afternoon, John Lang suffered injuries in a crippling motorcycle crash on N Washington Street.
The incident happened at about 1:00 p.m. on N Washington Street.
According to police reports, 20-year-old Lang of Sonora was riding his 2007 Suzuki motorcycle on North Washington Street, near the Red Church. Then, he collided with a 1998 Toyota 4-Runner driven by 76-year-old Linda Weise from Columbia.
Lang sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in the Central Valley, where he remains in stable condition. Weise, fortunately, was unharmed.
Authorities are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash but have confirmed that alcohol or drugs did not play a role in the incident.
