Crash on 5 Freeway near Sea World Drive Offramp Leaves Jesus Villegas Dead

 
San Diego, CA (November 26, 2020) – On Wednesday, Jesus Gabriel Villegas died, while eight were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 5.
 
The crash occurred at around 9:45 p.m. at the Sea World Drive exit.
 
The authorities pronounced one person, Jesus Villegas, dead at the scene, while rescuers took eight people to a hospital.
 
Investigating officers said the crash involved several vehicles, including one that flipped and another that slammed into a tree.
 
CHP closed the SeaWorld Drive off-ramp.
