Philip Garcia arrested in fatal crash near Thomas Mallon Road
Spokane, WA (September 25, 2023) – 32-year-old Jessica Wright lost her life following a rollover collision on Interstate 90 Sunday.
The fatal two-car collision happened at about 9 p.m. on the eastbound freeway near Thomas Mallon Road.
Investigating officers said Garcia was eastbound on the highway when he swerved into the second lane and collided with another car.
The car that was struck rolled and rested on its side while Garcia’s car ended up in the median.
WSP stated that Wright, who was a passenger in the car that was struck died on the spot.
