Jesse Neaves Arrested, Two Dead after Rialto Car Accident

RIALTO, CA (July 9, 2019) – Officers arrested Jesse Neaves after he intentionally crashed his car killing two women on Saturday, July 6.

According to the Rialto Police Department, at around 9:30 p.m., officers and paramedics rushed to the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Spruce Avenue. They found one woman lying dead in the roadway and another dead inside a silver Hyundai Sonata.

The two women were inside the Hyundai and stopped at a red signal in the eastbound lane of Foothill Boulevard. After that, a grey Lexus approached from behind at a high rate of speed.
