Jennifer Haigh and Passenger Injured in Coles Corner Collision
Coles Corner, WA (Aug. 6, 2023) – On Saturday morning, 32-year-old Jennifer Haigh and her passenger were injured following a US 2 DUI collision.
It was about 4:30 a.m. when a vehicle driver by Haigh crossed the solid white fog line to the right.
State Patrol officials said Jennifer Haigh was going east on US 2 at around 4:30 a.m. when her vehicle crossed the solid white fog line to the right.
Investigating officers said Haigh overcorrected, struck the guardrail on the left shoulder and rolled down the embankment. Haigh’s vehicle later stopped rolling and rested against a tree
Haigh and her passenger were not buckled up when the crash happened.
Immediately, the medical team rushed Haigh and her passenger to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
Troopers said Haigh was intoxicated at the time of the collision. She is facing DUI and vehicular assault charges.
