VISALIA, CA (January 31, 2023) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Jeffrey Meek following a DUI crash on Road 108 near Avenue 264.
 
The incident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on Road 108 near Avenue 264.
 
According to reports, a northbound vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed side-swiped a northbound Toyota Rav4 for still unknown reasons. Then, the suspect vehicle fled the scene northbound on Road 108. Afterward, it collided with a Toyota Camry and a Honda Civic.
 
Moreover, responders transported the drivers of the Toyota and the Honda and their respective passengers to a local hospital with minor to major injuries.
 
Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the suspect vehicle, 35-year-old Jeffrey Meek of Visalia, on suspicion of DUI.
 
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
