San Bernardino, CA (May 30, 2022) On Saturday, 33-year-old Jason Matthew Hernandez of San Bernardino sustained fatal injuries in a pedestrian accident on 5th Street.
It was about 8:56 p.m. when the fatal collision happened near Cooley Street.
Responding officers pronounced Torres dead at the scene at 9:04 p.m.
