Jamin Savoy Killed in Pasco Fatal Car Accident

 
Pasco, WA (November 8, 2020) – On Saturday, 37-year-old Jamin Savoy died, while Alfredo Torres was involved in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 182
 
Savoy was driving east on Interstate 182 when a vehicle driving westbound, driven by Torres, struck his vehicle.
 
Authorities pronounced Savoy dead on the scene.
 
On the other hand, rescuers transported Torres and his passenger to a local hospital for injuries.
 
Authorities said Savoy was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
 
Charges against Torres are pending as the investigation continues.
 
Authorities closed both eastbound lanes for several hours as troopers investigated, but has been reopened.
