Officers Search for Suspect Driver in Loma Linda Fatal Collision
Loma Linda, CA (March 18, 2023) – On February 28, James Spivery Jr, 39, died following a Barton Road hit-and-run crash.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officers responded to the scene and said Spivery Jr. was left lying in the roadway near the intersection with Oakwood Drive. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries at an area hospital.
Officers believe the vehicle that hit Spivery was a white Nissan Juke, which likely has significant front-end damage and could be missing its front Nissan emblem.
