2 Injured and Larry W. Fergusen Arrested after Lassen County Accident on Highway 395

 
LASSEN COUNTY, CA (October 8, 2020)James Oxford and Thelma Oxford sustained injuries in a crash on Highway 395 on September 30.
 
The authorities arrested 74-year-old Larry W. Fergusen of Reno NV for DUI after a crash at 9:30 p.m.
 
The incident took place on Highway 395, south of Thunder Mountain Road. According to reports, Fergusen drove a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. The crash left him with minor injuries and was responders took him to Banner Lassen Medical Center.
 
Furthermore, 53-year-old James E. Oxford and 55-year-old Thelma Oxford sustained minor injuries. The two residents of Ocala were both taken to BLMC.
 
Reports revealed that wrong-way driver Fergusen crashed head-on with the Oxford’s 2020 Toyota Mazda CX-30.
 
The crash remains under active investigation.
