James O’Connor Dies in Crash on Seventh Street and Bell Road in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (December 13, 2021) – Sunday evening, 60-year-old James O’Connor died in a crash on Seventh Street and Bell Road.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at about 6 p.m. on December 12, just east of North Seventh Street.

Phoenix Police said a vehicle was traveling west on Bell Road when O’Connor fell or stumbled into the roadway and was struck by the vehicle.

EMS took the victim to a hospital in critical condition and later died.

Impairment and speed were not believed to be factors in the crash.

No other information is immediately available.

Further investigation is ongoing.
