Victorville, CA (January 18, 2023) – On Sunday, James Barden, a 27-year-old Barstow resident, sustained fatal injuries in a Bear Valley Road pedestrian accident.

The fatal accident took place at about 2:02 p.m. in the area of Mall Boulevard.

Responders arrived at the scene and declared James Barden deceased at 2:24 p.m.
