Phoenix, AZ (January 17, 2023) On Monday morning, 17-year-old Isaiah Soto died in a solo-vehicle accident on 33rd Avenue.

Police say that the fatal crash happened near the intersection with Indian School Road.

Authorities say that the crash involved a gray passenger vehicle. Officials found Soto unresponsive inside the car.

Meanwhile, officials also found a woman with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
