Injury Collision on Sunrise Boulevard and Fair Oaks Boulevard [East Sacramento, CA]

EAST SACRAMENTO, CA (July 23, 2019) – A person sustained injuries in a collision on Sunrise Boulevard on July 21.
 
The car collision on Sunrise Boulevard just north of Fair Oaks Boulevard led one car to overturn and land on its roof. As a result of the crash, the two rightmost lanes on northbound Sunrise Boulevard shut down.
 
The collision involving a maroon Chevrolet Silverado and a Red Mitsubishi Eclipse occurred at 4:02 p.m. The Silverado landed onto its roof.
 
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire, responders transported the Silverado driver to a local hospital. Police did not release any other information at this time.
