Vehicle Overturned in Collision near Hotel Cir

SAN DIEGO, CA (December 25, 2018) – Injuries were sustained in a rollover crash on westbound 8 Freeway, Tuesday evening.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 6:52 PM, near Hotel Cir. Based on their report, one vehicle flipped over and was hit by another vehicle. Multiple cars were found stopped at the scene.

The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They had not yet released a report regarding any injury sustained in the incident.

Three lanes were blocked by the commotion. Towing services were requested for cleaning and clearing operations were performed in the area. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the rollover and possible contributing factors. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
