Injuries Reported in Seattle Car Accident

SEATTLE, WA (January 30, 2019) – Injuries were sustained following a rollover car crash on northbound 5 Freeway which blocked three right lanes of the freeway on January 28.

Reports revealed that the collision was between five vehicles, however the details concerning the accident still remain unclear.

At 12:00 noon, one lane is still unavailable while the responders came to the area near Albro Place and Swift Avenue. It was before 1:00 p.m. when the freeway was fully available.

The responding unit was the Seattle Fire Department. They also called to the scene two AMR ambulances to take other patients. Medics evaluated some victims who have non-life threatening injuries at the area.

Accordingly, crews took the roof off from one of the vehicles to aid one victim who was pinned inside. The person was successfully extracted.
