Injuries Sustained in DUI Crash on Highway 94 [San Diego, CA]

Two Vehicles Involved in Collision near 25th Street

SAN DIEGO, CA (December 2, 2018) – Injuries were sustained in a DUI crash on Highway 94 near 25th Street, late Sunday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 4:19 PM near 25th Street. Based on their report, a gold SUV landed on its side off the right-hand shoulder along with a black pickup truck.

Paramedics were requested for needed medical attention, only minor injuries were recorded. A motorist was sent to Sharp Memorial Hospital for further medical evaluation. No updates on their condition has been released.

The No. 4 lane was closed while rescue and clearing operations were performed in the area. Recovery and clearing operations were conducted around the area following the accident for debris. No other information has been disclosed to the public, as the investigation is ongoing.
