Injuries Sustained in Bus Accident on East Parlier Avenue [Reedley, CA]

Car Collision Involving Bus in Reedley

 
REEDLEY, CA (May 6, 2019) – Several people were injured following a bus accident on East Parlier Avenue Monday morning.
 
California Highway Patrol stated the crash occurred just before 7:00 AM in the intersection of South Alta and East Parlier Avenue. According to officials, a sedan and a school bus collided with each other. As a result, the sedan sustained major front end damage.
 
Medics arrived and treated one person for injuries. In addition, four others complained of pain. Per reports, one student was on the bus at the time of the accident. However, it is unknown if the victim was injured in the accident.
 
There has been no further information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident. The accident is still under investigation.
