Driver Injured After Car Crashes into Building in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 10, 2019) — A female driver suffered injuries after her car crashed into a building on Valley Center Drive Tuesday afternoon.
 
Officials said the incident occurred on northbound 15 Freeway between Palmdale Road and Roy Rogers Drive. The driver of a gray Ford Escape SUV lost control of the vehicle at about 1:29 pm. It went off the freeway and subsequently struck the Evoke Autoworks building at 14730 Valley Center Drive.
 
As a result of the crash, the driver of the Ford suffered minor injuries. An American Medical Ambulance transported her to Loma Linda University Medical Center. There was a second female passenger in the Ford who declined medical treatment at the scene.
 
On the other hand, the concrete building had minimal damages. The crash remains under investigation.
