BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 3, 2023) – Sunday afternoon, a startling vehicle crash on King Street and Niles Street left multiple injuries.

The incident occurred just around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of King Street and Niles Street.

The Bakersfield Police Department came to the crash scene in east Bakersfield.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they determined that the incident involved a pickup truck and a sedan.

Officers confirmed that a 2-year-old baby seated in the sedan was faced-forward in a child safety seat.
