SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 27, 2024) – Tuesday, a startling multi-vehicle crash on Highway 101 led to injuries.
The incident involving multiple vehicles happened on the southbound lanes of Highway 101, north of Cesar Chavez Street offramp.
The California Highway Patrol reported that two southbound right lanes were closed as emergency crews cleared the scene, while a third lane that had been blocked earlier was reopened. The crash resulted in minor to moderate injuries.
By 2:15 p.m., all southbound lanes on Highway 101 north of Cesar Chavez had reopened, though officials warned of lingering delays.
