Lanes Blocked in Monterey County Vehicle Crash on Salinas Road and Hillcrest Road

MONTEREY COUNTY, CA (August 3, 2023) – Wednesday morning, authorities reported injuries following a crippling auto accident on Salinas Road and Hillcrest Road.

The incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. on Salinas Road and Hillcrest Road.

According to reports, a westbound vehicle veered into the eastbound lanes and collided with three other vehicles.

Moreover, responders transported multiple patients with minor to moderate injuries, to a hospital for treatment. Also, paramedics transported the wrong-way driver to Natividad Hospital with unknown injuries,

At this time, the circumstances involved in the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
