Injuries in Head-On Crash on Sparks Boulevard [Sparks, NV]

Wrong-Way Crash in Nevada Results in Injuries

Sparks, NV (January 13, 2022) – On Tuesday, two people sustained injuries in a head-on crash on Sparks Boulevard.

The vehicle crash happened at around 10 p.m. near Ion Drive.

Officers said a red pick-up truck driver was involved in a hit-and-run collision in the area of Pyramid Way and Highland Ranch.

Then, the pick-up truck driver went southbound on northbound lanes on Sparks Boulevard and struck another car head-on near Ion Drive.

As a result, the pickup truck’s driver sustained moderate injuries. The emergency responders took the driver to a hospital.

Moreover, another person sustained injuries from the crash, luckily, it was only minor injuries.

The officers are still investigating this traffic crash.
