Ignatius Guerra Killed in Las Vegas Scooter Crash on Boulder Highway
Las Vegas, NV (January 06, 2020) – On December 30, 41-year-old Ignatius Guerra from Goodyear, Arizona, died in a scooter crash on Boulder Highway.
The fatal crash happened on December 26 at about 9 p.m. on the intersection with King Street.
Guerra’s scooter was traveling southbound on Boulder Highway.
Just then, it struck a shopping cart filled with firewood and pallets pushed by a 56-year-old man.
As a result, Guerra was thrown from the scooter.
Rescuers immediately took him to Sunrise Trauma, where he died from his injuries.
Meanwhile, authorities said his cause of death was blunt trauma which was categorized as an accident.
Also, police suspected him of being impaired at the time of the accident.
