Ida Feller Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on Lankershim Boulevard

 
Los Angeles, CA (January 08, 2021) – On December 30, 85-year-old Ida Feller of Toluca Lake died and police arrested 59-year-old Lisa Lipman of Santa Monica in a hit-and-run crash on Lankershim Boulevard.
 
The tragic crash took place at about 9:20 a.m. near Santa Monica.
 
Apparently, Lipman struck Feller as she crossed Lankershim Boulevard at a crosswalk.
 
Lipman turned onto Lankershim Boulevard and continued driving after the crash.
 
Immediately, rescuers took Feller to a hospital where she died.
 
Meanwhile, authorities identified Lipman through surveillance video obtained near the area.
 
She was released the day of her arrest on $50,000 bail.
