MONT BELVIEU, TX (May 18, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a horrific tractor-truck crash on Eagle Point Drive near FM 565 killed 2 people.
The incident happened at about 11:30 a.m. on Eagle Point Drive near FM 565.
According to reports, a truck tried to make a U-turn on the road when it became stuck. It blocked both lanes of traffic. Then, a black SUV collided with its trailer.
As a result, the truck had jackknifed and the top of the black SUV has been sheared off.
Meanwhile, officers confirmed that a mother and her 13-year-old daughter died in the crash.
