SAINT LOUIS COUNTY, MO (October 16, 2024) – Early Tuesday morning, a horrific pedestrian crash on Tesson Ferry Road and Kempf Drive killed one person.

The incident happened at around 12:15 a.m. at the intersection of Tesson Ferry Road and Kempf Drive.

County Police said that a minivan struck an adult male pedestrian who was walking across the roadway.

Paramedics rushed the victim to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Authorities withheld the identity of the deceased, pending notification to the next of kin.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
