LOS ANGELES, CA (December 7, 2023) – Tuesday night, a horrific hit-and-run crash on East 213th Street and Selwyn Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 11:40 p.m. at the intersection of East 213th Street and Selwyn Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

As a result, responders pronounced the victim, described only as a man, dead at the scene.
