Injuries Reported in Hesperia Auto Accident on Summit Valley Road and Highway 138
HESPERIA, CA (April 6, 2023) – Tuesday night, a horrific head-on crash on Summit Valley Road sent 2 people to the hospital.
The incident happened at around 5:43 p.m. on Summit Valley Road, about one mile north of Highway 138.
According to reports, the crash involved a blue Honda CRV with some front-end damage and a green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with some front-end damage.
Firefighters responded to all the people involved in the crash.
Rescue crews also called two ground ambulances to take two parties with moderate injuries. Then, both drivers were taken to a local hospital.
Moreover, lanes were reopened in about an hour.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
