3 People Dead in St Louis Traffic Accident on Lewis and Clark Boulevard

ST LOUIS, MO (May 20, 2025) – Sunday night, a horrific head-on crash on Lewis and Clark Boulevard killed three people.

The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. along Lewis and Clark Boulevard.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said that two vehicles collided head-on in the area and then erupted into flames after the collision.

Authorities confirmed that three people, ages 20, 21, and 25 years old, died in the incident. Then, paramedics transported a 12-year-old girl to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the Missouri State Highway Patrol continued investigating the crash.
