1 Dead in Long Beach Multi-Vehicle Accident on 2300 Pacific Coast Highway

LONG BEACH, CA (June 10, 2023) – Thursday night, a horrific 4-car wreck on 2300 Pacific Coast Highway killed 1 person.

The incident occurred at about 7:10 p.m. in the 2300 block of Pacific Coast Highway.

When the authorities received a report of the 4-car wreck, the Long Beach Fire Department immediately responded.

Officers revealed that a man in an SUV drove west on Pacific Coast Highway at Junipero Avenue. However, as he veered into the eastbound lanes of traffic, he crashed into three vehicles.

As a result, the SUV driver succumbed to injuries at the scene. Meanwhile, responders took three other men to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Paramedics also freed several people trapped in the wreckage.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
