La Habra, CA (August 9, 2024) On Thursday morning, a La Habra police officer was seriously hurt after a 2-vehicle crash on Lambert Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the motorcycle crash happened around 9:15 a.m. at Lambert Road and Walnut Street.

Reports say that a a motorcycle officer collided with an SUV. Officials say that the crash left debris nearby, with the SUV with its passenger door open and airbags deployed was stopped in a crosswalk.

Authorities say that another person was transported to the hospital.

Officials are investigating the horrific crash and have not released further information at this time.
