Spokane Valley, WA (August 11, 2023) On Wednesday evening, a bicyclist was hurt after a hit-and-run crash on Trent Avenue.

According to Washington State Patrol (WSP), the bicycle accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of E. Trent Avenue and N. Argonne Road.

Reports say that an eastbound car struck a bicycle rider travelling north on N. Argonne Road, the vehicle that struck the cyclist fled the scene without stopping or rendering aid to the fallen biker.

Medics rushed the cyclist to Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Authorities are investigating the bicycle accident and are currently searching for the suspect driver and vehicle who remains at large.
