LVMPD Searching Hit-and-Run Suspect in Auto-Pedestrian Collision on Centennial Parkway
Las Vegas, NV (August 16, 2023) On Monday morning, an unidentified pedestrian died after a hit-and-run crash on Tenaya Way.
According to LVMPD, the auto-pedestrian collision happened around 6:04 a.m. near the intersection of Tenaya Way and Centennial Parkway.
Officials say that a vehicle fled the scene after hitting a pedestrian, medics rushed the injured victim to a local hospital. Authorities says that the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police say that the suspect vehicle was found a few miles away from the crash site, however the driver remains at large.
