San Diego, CA (April 15, 2023) On Thursday evening, a hit-and-run crash on National Avenue left a 22-year-old man with multiple injuries.

SDPD says that the pedestrian hit-and-run accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on the south alley of 2900 National Avenue.

Reports say that an eastbound vehicle struck the male pedestrian and left the scene without rendering aid to the injured man.

Paramedics transported the injured patient to a hospital.

Police are actively searching for the suspect driver and vehicle.
