POMONA, CA (April 28, 2025) – Early Sunday, a disastrous hit-and-run crash on 1000 East Phillips Boulevard injured 1.

The incident happened at about 12:20 a.m. in the 1000 block of East Phillips Boulevard.

Upon arrival, authorities located one victim, who was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. The vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene in an unknown direction.

At the time of the collision, several individuals were leaving a nearby party. It remained unclear whether the pedestrian was struck while departing the event.

Both eastbound and westbound lanes of East Phillips Boulevard were closed as authorities conducted their investigation.
