Hispanic Man Dead in E Main Street Hit-and-Run Crash [Stockton, CA]

Stockton, CA (December 28, 2024) – A Hispanic man was killed following an E Main Street hit-and-run crash early Monday morning.

It was around 2:34 a.m. when the fatal collision happened at Del Mar Avenue in Garden Acre.

Responding officers located the Hispanic man lying on the roadway and performed lifesaving efforts. The man was then rushed to San Joaquin General Hospital where he was declared dead upon arrival.

The man was then transported to San Joaquin General Hospital in an ambulance and was pronounced dead upon arrival, the CHP said.

 Troopers are looking for the suspect and vehicle involved a white 2004-06 Toyota Sienna minivan. 

CHP said the vehicle should have noticeable damage in the front.
