Higiniodaniel Suarez Arrested in DUI Police Pursuit on Linnett Drive

 
Moreno Valley, CA (December 14, 2020) – On Saturday, 32-year-old Higiniodaniel Suarez and 29-year-old Andre Mitchell were arrested in a DUI police pursuit on Linnett Drive.
 
The incident happened just after 2 p.m. in the 14000 block area.
 
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said the driver, Suarez sped off when authorities tried to pull him over.
 
However, he did not get very far.
 
Unfortunately, Suarez crashed into a home located in the 23000 block of Vought Street, off Cottonwood Avenue.
 
Rescuers took Suarez and his passenger, Mitchell, to a hospital with injuries they incurred in the crash and.
 
Afterward, police arrested them after medical treatments were done.
 
Authorities booked Suarez into jail on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, and felony evading.
 
Similarly, police arrested Mitchell on suspicion of resisting arrest, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and violating the terms of his probation.
 
Meanwhile, the five adults and two children were displaced from their house. Fortunately, they were not at home when the accident happened.
