Higinio Arceo Arrested Following Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Pasadena
PASADENA, CA (October 08, 2019) — The police arrested Higinio Arceo of Baldwin Park in a fatal hit-and-run crash on Colorado Boulevard Sunday morning.
The officers said the collision occurred on Colorado Boulevard near Los Robles Avenue at 3:30 a.m. The 41-year-old Arceo drove a gray pickup truck when he hit a man walking in the area.
The pedestrian died at the scene. However, Arceo drove away after the crash.
The officers found Arceo’s vehicle in an underground parking structure about four blocks away from where the incident happened. After that, they arrested Arceo for vehicular manslaughter, DUI, hit-and-run, and driving while unlicensed.
